While I understand that fee for I -485 is $930 plus a biometrics fee of $80; the fee total is $1,010; and if you file I-485 on or after July 30, 2007, no additional fee is required to also file an application for employment authorization on Form I-765 and/or advance parole on Form I-131.

My question is do you still have to pay I-130 fee, if you are filing I-130 & I-485 concurrently?

Yes. The fee for the I-130 is currently $355. You must pay this fee even if you file the I-130 concurrently with an I-485 AOS package.

I will add that if you are filing an AOS package after arriving on a K-1 or K-3 visa, no I-130 is needed.

If you are filing AOS from ny other entry to the USA, you need the I-130 in the package, along with the $355 fee.

To be pedantic, when arriving on a K3 visa an I-130 is needed. And it has already been taken care of.

To get further pedantic, the K-4 will need an I-130 if it was not already filed.
