Default Family Planning while awaiting process

Hi all

Wondering if it is alright for my spouse and I to plan on having a family while the AOS/I130 process is undergoing it's course (however long that may take).

Would pregnancy at the time of interview cause any unnecessary delay or problems for us?

Appreciate your assistance and help.

Thanks to all.

That is a personal choice. Whenever you and your wife feel you would like to start a family is strictly up to you. Why would you feel that being pregnant at the time of the interview would be a problem. The only delay would be if she were due to give birth on or near the time of the interview and would not be able to attend.

Truly, I believe there is a time when you don't have to consider INS in making personal decisions such as this.

PS Have fun trying.
