Hi All,
I have one question about family petition. I am Green Card holder in
usa so can I apply visa for my parents or not ?
If yes then which visa category and what process for apply ?

www.uscis.gov have a search through there, it'll answer your questions, and for folks, I'm not sure, I know you can't do siblings and think might be the same for parents, but you'll have to check, if you can, it'll take years....be quicker to be citizen and then apply to do it, and it'll still take a while.
