Default F-1 student question about OPT

I am an f-1 student working on my Masters in the US. I finished my bachelors a year ago and did my one year OPT. After i finish my masters will I be eligible to get another year of OPT?
is it a year of OPT for each degree or total?

A year for each degree, provided you go from Bachelor to Masters and
Masters to Phd. You wont be given another year of OPT if you are
currently Masters and want to do second Masters.

Is there any constraints? such as do i have to leave the us before i will be eligible for another year of opt? do i get automatically another year of OPT?

No constraints. You don't have to leave U.S. But you need to apply for
OPT before you graduate.
