ex wife, ned help
Hi,
I recently got divorced from my wife (American) and I was wondering if anybody here
could tell me what kind of form she will need to send to the INS to withdraw her
support for me (or my staying here)
Thanks,
Claus

Divorce doesn't end the responsibilities of the affidavit of support Only death,
citizenship, or 40 quarters of qualifying employment will do that.

I was told there is a form she can fill out to withdraw her support. I ant to help
her to do this and withdraw her support for me. I want nothing from that person.
Marriage and ability to stay here was based on a real love and since this is gone and
she divorced me, I don't want her support.

You don't say what you current status. I would assume that if you ababdoned whatever
your current status is and leave the country, then there affidavit is no longer
value. But, the US citizen doesn't get out of the support affidavit by divorce.
