Default Even if my fiancé were Hispanic!!!!

I am a good "Bobby Kennedy" Democrat; meaning he's dead, but I still look at
America they way he did, and "try" to do, even today.

I went to get a new driver's license on Monday; more then 75% in the room
were (newly arrived) Hispanics. This would be Portland, OR.

Not a Poll, no Korean or Philippines people, no Russians, not even an
Icelander or Dane.

I did not take a poll, But CAN WE HAVE SOME BALANCE PEOPLE!

How did the idea of moving to this country become a South of the border
thing?

Even if my fiancé were Hispanic, I would feel the same.

Come on! This is not racist; it is called balance. Being fair

I am pissed off; INS Service Center Vermont, sure, 30+ days!

Texas, or Nebraska- **** you; half a year, and you better like it!

Bullshit, I smell a rat, big time, and it is called, you are not a priority,
you are not a factor. Because your votes are token.

So, tonight, I will have more Rum, try not to be as mad as I am, and think
of the women I love.

Best,

Todd

What are you going on about??

If you really "tried" to look at America the way RFK did, you wouldn't even be upset about this, much less posting about it.

If you didn't do a poll, how do you know those people are "newly arrived"?? And even if they are, so what??

If your comments aren't racist, why only refer to them by a term associated with race (Hispanic) as opposed to national origin (Mexican, Chilean, Venezuelan, etc.)??

How is it unfair to you that a Hispanic person can obtain a drivers license??

And what does balance have to do with getting a drivers license?? Balance of WHAT??

I honestly can't make sense of what you're saying. Perhaps it was the rum you drank before writing...

There's more than a 75% chance that his rum didn't come from Poland or Korea or the Philippines or Russia or Iceland or Denmark....more likely a land of that overrepresented ethnicity, and I guess that's not fair either. But reading the fine print on the bottle may just push him over the edge, so let's not encourage this.

I can see though how a mind-numbing trip to the DMV could drive a man to drink and obsess over multiple women from exotic cultures.

Thanks for the info, Lisa, as you can see, I managed to use one! It would take me a bit longer to figure out how to do my own. Is your website about your K1 process?? If so, I'd love the address so I could read your story. Thanks!

You are funny :-) (I mean that as a complement) Or atleast I read your comments as being funny.

By the way I'm an American, origionally from the sub-continent of India. And I'm also in love with a woman from an exotic culture :-)

I'm not a racist either. In Idaho we have a large Hispanic
population. When I went for my AOS interview back in December, the
INS officer joked and said he wasn't used to dealing with Canadians -
maybe a couple a year and that was it. I knew what he was getting at.

No it is called an typo, even Hemingway had an editor. But then again, Papa
is not PC, and might have understood my point "balance and fairness"
