Entered U.S. illegally, married U.S Citizen
What are the options for someone who entered the country illegally (used papers of another) and has married a U.S. citizen. Is there any way to apply for permanent residence without leaving the country first?

No.
Apply as normal, go back for interview, file waivers.

Misrepresentation.
But Ian was sort of right you can file now, only need to go back for the interview.

A law school examination question. Don't have time to answer it without asking a lot more in the way of questions.
If the "papers of another" happens to be a US passport or other false evidence of US citizenship -- the answer is a big fat "NO" -- and it doesn't matter whether in country or out country.
If the "papers of another" are other than a claim to US Citizenship, then the answer is a big fat "MAYBE" -- including in-country. Be prepared to pay an attorney a lot of money -- and depending upon the facts, to have a long and expensive relationship with the attorney.
