Employer details - will they contact them?

All,

I'm filling in the DS-260 (for an IR-1 visa).

Employer details: I don't want my current employer to know, at this stage, that I'm applying for a visa. (I don't plan on moving for a while yet.) Is there a material chance that they will be contacted by the embassy?

No. Indeed, there isn't even a remote chance! It's just a simple question... nothing more.

No.

Remember that you must use the IR-1 visa before it's expiration date (6 months from the date of the medical).
