To the last few posts all in one:-

1. Its the 2003 taxes which should have been filed in April past (his
own personal taxes) corporation taxes are up to date and fine. All
other taxes for all previous years were done when required and on
time.

2. Business is definately incorporated so he is definately employed.

3. I am glad for you that your grammar and punctuation are to
university level thats really nice for you.

All is fine and sorted everything is under control once again nothing
to panic over. All seemed to be going so easily my fiance says I am
looking for problems with the process when there aren't any. Time to
chill and not worry.
