Emigrating from tier 4 UK
So, I've just received my visa (marriage) to emigrate to the US.... and where I live in the UK has just been moved to tier 4 covid lockdown...
Am I still allowed to travel to emigrate? I know the rules say it is allowed for "exceptional circumstances" such as work but I can't find an answer to my circumstances
