Emergency EAD
There was a lawyer on here recently who said something about a client needing an emergency EAD. What circumstances constitute an emergency? Our situation has changed all of a sudden and waiting 90 days for my husband to be able to work is going to be a huge burden. I know that's the reason you sign the I-134 and pledge support, but in this economy, who can predict what will happen!
