Embassy Interview Dates
Hi there, I have just sent off all my check list to the embassy saying that I am ready for my interview date for my K1 visa. Does anyone know how long I should expect to wait until they call me with my interview date? Do you think christmas will delay the whole procedure? And how long do you think the whole thing will take now?

Yes, Christmas will delay the interview date. Figure 4 to 8 weeks. They will not call you. They will mail the appointment date to you.

Christmas and New Year holidays will both cause delays around this time of year.
