Now that my I129 application is approved, (NSC, first NOA 8/6/02,
second NOA 1/8/03), I got confused on embassy or consulate...
My fiancee is in Leyte, Philippines...
Do they send the packet to the CONSULATE, or the EMBASSY?
Does anyone have some recent experiences in dealing with Manila?
I've been reading the group and copying and pasting what I find, but
any information would be greatly appreciated.
Again, good luck everyone going through NSC! August applications are
upon us!!!!

Send copy of your 2NOA to her. Your fiancee needs to call the US embassy in
manila and they will deliver the packet to her. She must have her passport on
hand when she call. There will be brief interview over the phone. She will pay
the deliveryman for her packet. If she fails to call, she will not recieve her
packet.
Gather all the riquirements and fill up the forms, pay the visa. Take medical
at st. luke then pick up the result the following day. bring all the documents
to the US embassy on her interview. The interview is walk in every friday for
k1. take her CFO while waiting for her visa to be delivered.

Hi All!
The approved petition packet is supposed to go to U.S. embassy in
Manila. What info were you looking for in dealing with the K-1 process
in Manila?

I'm sure they can help you.
Take care,
