Yes, In many cases though it turns out people do not have to stop work after the 90 days. A fair amount of people seem to get approved right about at the 90th day (including me). Also depending on the company/your boss you might get a couple of weeks grace period over the 90 days...does not seem to uncommon a thing to happen.
Also the general 90 day EAD wait includes taking biometrics...assuming your prompt about getting it done. |
