Default EAD what is faster

We'll be doing a K3, then an EAD.

Sending the EAD to MSC(NBC)?

or Sending it to the state one we send the AOS to, we don't know where we will be moving to but it will either be
Phoenix, Dallas or Salt Lake City.

Anyone who can give the slightest idea on EAD timelines for the above would be appreciated. Yes, to be clear, we will be getting our K3 before applying for it.

thanks!

All EAD apps get forwarded to Missouri now, as far as I'm aware. Worth checking up on your local BCIS office to see if they're still accepting walk-in apps for first-time I-765 submission (I know that Bloomington was up until a couple of months ago), and I've heard of anecdotes whereby people have been invited in for some kind of EAD 'interview' and then issued on the spot - but the impression I'm under is that applying to the NBC/MSC is the only way they'll do it nowadays.

Correct me if I'm wrong, someone!
