EAD Renewal Applicaiton
Hello Everyone,
Three months before my wife's EAD expired she applied for renewal, since
more than 90 days have passed she's going to NYC office in person for a
renewal EAD, should she take photographs and a new application with her when
she goes there? Any other information that we should know would be very much
appreciated. Thanks....BJ

Take proof it has been more than 90 days. A new application is not necessary. Bring a copy of the filed one. They will take the photo there. She needs an Infopass appointment. Has she made one?
