Hi,

I am in the process of renewing my EAD. One of the questions (field #15) is
asking for current immigration status. I am on H1B and married to a citizen.
Currently I am adjusting my status.

So what is my status? AOS or H1B?

Also when I mail the I-765 form, should I mail all (11) pages or just the
last page?

IF YOU USED YOUR HIB VISA LAST TIME YOU ENTERED, THEN YOU ARE ON H1B.
IF YOU USED AN ADVANCE PAROLE, THEN YOU ARE ON AOS

Your status is "Pending AOS". Don't forget that H-1B status does not entitle you to an EAD, so putting that down is probably not wise

Also, when I renewed my EAD I just sent in the last page.

Sorry - it was extremely quick and easy to do.

I was making Heinz Beans on toast for lunch (which is also quick and easy to do) and the toast popped up whilst typing.

Entering on AP does not automatically put you on EAD, you can still use your valid H1B for work i you wish to.
H1 does not entitled you an EAD but You can have EAD because of AOS pending and still can stay on H1B to work and thats the safest approach as if for any reason 485 denied you have your h1 status to back you up and not casue illegal presence in USA.
