Default Ead renewal

My husband ead card will expire in March and we applied for the 485 this
past March....my question is I don't think the 485 will be
approved anytime soon......how far in advance should we apply for a
renewal
what do we need to send and where and how much money?

Apply at least 5 months in advance since there is a delay in issuance. You file the same form with the new fee that your husband filed originally. I'm assuming you have bookmarked the USCIS website and that you know that he can file online for the EAD benefit.
