EAD Renewal
My I-485 is in process and I need to renew my EAD. My wife's EAD
expires in October (3 Months) and mine in December (5 months).
I have heard that you must apply for renewal 3 months prior to expiry.
However, should I wait for 3 months to expiry or can I apply for my
renewal rigtht now i.e., 5 months prior to expiration? Do they give 1
year extension from the date of expriry or from the date of
application?
