Hi,

Me(principal applicant) and my wife are expecting to get EAD sometime
in the next few months.

Q1) Can I do 1099 [ part-time ] work after getting
EAD without jeopardizing our GC applications?
I'll inform my sponsoring company about part time work.

Q2) What is the formal process of moving from H1 to EAD for my
sponsoring company? Letting HR know and getting employee I9 updated ?
Am I obligated to do so ?

Q3) Can I or my wife or both form an LLC( Limited Liability Company )
and I do part time work and the LLC accept money for the service ?

Anybody has experience/knowledge in this area? Forming an LLC while
being on EAD, if so please share.
