Default EAD (I-765) and adv. parole - attachments and fees?

Hello,
I have a pending 485. I'm past the fingerprinting stage. I'm applying
for a EAD renewal and advance parole right now. Are the USCIS
instructions up to date regarding the attachments and fees for the EAD
and advanced parole?
And on the adv. parole forms, what should i fill in under Date of
Intended Departure, Expected Length of Trip, and "please explain how
you qualify...."?

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,

Your EAD renewal will be just like the first time you applied. Same supporting documents. Check the current fees at www.uscis.gov.

For AP, fill in whatever answer is appropriate for those questions. If you have no intended date, or expected length, you can put "none" or "unknown".

As for how you qualify, I don't remember what we put down on my husband's AP application, but it's something to do with your status here.
