EAD for finace K-1 visa applicant
Hi,
My wife is planning to apply for EAD today. However,she came to US as
a K-1 visa applicant on Dec 23,03. We got married on Feb 14th and
still waiting for the marriage license. Her K-1 visa will expire in
3/23. Can we still apply for EAD. I am planning to send the
application with pictures and a letter indicates that we got married
on Feb 14th.
