Default EAD - copies of the WHOLE passport?

Hey there!

I'm gathering the stuff I need to file for my EAD, and I'm wondering if they want a copy of the WHOLE passport or just the page with my name and all plus the page with the visa?

Thanks for clearing this up for me!

Carole

Hi Carole

All I ever sent was a copy of the pages that had something on it. That is the pages with my picture, plus any stamps in my passport. There's really no point in sending them blank pages. :-)

Wishing you the best

Alright, thank you guys! I'll just send the pages where something's written then. I was just making sure, because you never know what BCIS can come up with to send you an RFE...

That would depend on what the requesting agency wants to know.

If, for example, they want to confirm that you had not taken any trips
outside the US, other than trips that you admitted to, they very well
=might= insist on seeing copies of the blank pages too, in order to
confirm that those pages =are= in fact blank.

(Yes, I know, immigration officials don't always stamp people's pass-
ports every time -- e.g., Americans visiting Canada -- but it's better
than nothing.)

I never even sent the passport picture or visa stamp.
It just says to send the signature card (which is no longer needed)

A copy of form 1-94 from and back

A copy of last EAD if any?
2 Photos's.

Thats what is says and I have it in
front of me the Booklet that is attached.
Lets hope it alright?
