EAD Card Questions
Hello, I am currently on F-1 status which will expire next May. I just completed my
program and filed the (Optional practical training permit) and am waiting for the EAD
card to arrive. I am planning to travel to Canada for three days. My questions are:
1. Will INS abandont my EAD application process once they found out that I am leaving
the country? If they do, at what point of the process?
2. I made several attempts to call Nebraska INS office but was unsuccessful, any
suggestion on how to get hold of INS? I appreciate your help!
