EAD approval in 58 days at Nebraska Center
I just saw it using BCIS case online status. I've not received the
plastic card yet.
Scenario:
I-140 - approved in less than 90 days.
I-485 - will be pending for 180 days on Nov 5, 2003.
I'll be laid off on Nov 30, 2003.
Questions:
1. Can I leave the company now and not wait on Nov 5, 2003?
2. What will happen if could not find job after Nov 30, 2003? Am I
still lawful to stay? of course as much as possible I want to use
AC21.
