Re: EAD

When I applied for my EAD, I did not hear anything from the USCIS. On
the 95th day, I set up an infopass appointment and they gave me all the
documents I needed, including an appointment to have the biometrics
done. It was 10 days after the biometrics that I received the EAD in
the mail. Don't panic ... just setup the appointment and you will be on
your way.

You can go to www.uscis.gov and look up the status using your case number on the NOA. Or better yet, since it's been over 90 days, make an Infopass appointment to go inquire in person. Maybe they will give you an interim card. Have you had the biometrics done yet?

Re: Ead

Happened to me in NYC. After about 120 days I stil didn't have my EAD.
On my infopass appointment someone managed to find out there was
~something~ wrong with my biometrics. They scheduled a new biometrics
for the same day. They didn't want to give me an interim EAD on the
spot (although I think legakky they have to), but received it in the
mail a couple of days later.
