DUI
I was in the states (Student Visa)and got caught for 2 DUI's. I never
attended court and basically left the US as I thought with a criminal
record, my future would be in jeopardy.
I re-entered US twice after that on Visitor Visas, I am now a canadian
citizen. How can I settle my matter, I would be getting married to a
Americna citizen and she woould be sponsoring me. Also, my FBI reports were
clear too. I also have a Social Secuirty Number.
IF she applies for me, do I write what happened and how do I take care of
the DUI's ( I know I have oustanding warrants).
The DUI's were in 1998
