Same thread, new worry...
I'm sitting here feeling slightly paranoid (as usual) and wondering how many K3's they do in Dublin. I mean I know in general they're less common than K1's...
Our first delay with the Embassy was in getting our Packet 3, which was never mailed. And one of the times I called to find out where it was, I was told that since it was a K3 it was probably going to come from the NVC. But my NVC letter said it was coming from the Embassy. Makes me think they're not clear on K3 procedures and might be why they never sent it to us...
And now, though we sent our Packet 3 the same day as IreBlues (a K1), we are still "in processing."
Even if they are having a sort of K3 glitch, I'm not sure what to do about it... (Except worry, which is not so great... I'm going off to teach my Spinning class now and try to exercise out my frustration).

Can I ask how long it took to get your interview appt. (Packet 4) after you returned the Notification of Readiness from Packet 3? We are on day 20 and still haven't heard anything back...
