Just finalising the ds 260 but under spouse phone number it wont allow me to put her UK number as the format is in US, but its a requirement of the form. i've typed her UK number in but it doesnt fit for the last number and is in US format.

Any help please

If you are to submit the form online, then if it won't take a UK number, complete the section using all 0's (since it won't matter anyway). If you submit the form in the mail, print it out and write in her UK number by hand.

No I couldnt leave it blank unfortuantely as If you didnt enter characters it wouldnt let you progress. I decided to just enter the (000) 000-0000 as Ian suggested as other than that the only option was to type in her number but miss off the last digit which wouldn't have helped.

Which must be what hundreds of others before you who have done DCF in London have done. I'm sure they are smart enough to work it out at the Embassy.
