Default DS 260 question

I'm a UK citizen, my wife is a US citizen. We currently live in the UK. When filling out the ds-260, there is a question for me (the applicant) that reads 'is your spouse immigrating to the US with you?'.

I'm not hot on the terminology, and I want to do it right. My US citizen wife will be moving to the states with me when we go. - But is she immigrating with me? Or does she not count as an immigrant because she's a US citizen? - Hopefully I haven't muddied the water in the way I've asked that question.

Basically, should I answer that question yes or no?

Thanks!
