I am filling DS 260 it is so confusing.

Example my wife's current name is Mary Joseph

Previously she was Mary Alexander(middlename) Romanov(lastname)


in DS 260
Other Surnames Used (maiden, religious, professional, aliases, etc.) trg_bk.GIF

should i put Romanov ??

and Other Given Names Used I put ?

Mary Alexander Romanov or just first name Mary.

Please some one help me with this.

I don't understand why you're confused. If the form asks for any other names used you enter any other names used

If Joseph is the surname used now, than other surnames used would be Romanov.

Other given names would be Alexander, but I think I would put Mary Alexander to show it was used as a middle name.

I will put Mary Alexander, they make things so complicated.
