DS-157 Oversight.
Hi All,
I'll try and keep it brief, i'm a UKC, girlfriend a USC and I recently received
my Packet 3 from the London Embassy, only after completing the forms (apart
from IV 15 checklist) and sending them back did I realise that on the DS-157,
question # 9 (list all countries enetered in the last 10 years) I did not
include Canada in this list, when i'm in the U.S. we usually drive over the
bridge into Canada to visit the racetrack/casino for a couple of hours. So my
passport has several Canadian customs stamps in it, so should I now:
(a) Send a letter or another completed form with this extra information on?
(b) Wait for my interview and volunteer the information then?
(c) Send another letter/form when I send off the checklist?
And thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks,
Brian.

Re: DS-157 Oversight.
Relax! Email your concerns to the consulate officials at [email protected]. You are bound to get an authenticated reply at the latest in 2 days. Remember to quote your LND number, your name as it appears in the K3 packet covering letter and explain your situation as clear as possible. Good luck.
