On question 31 of the DS-156 is ask: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition
on your behalf? My fiance says we should check NO but I think we should check YES. I
filed the I-129f, would this not be someone(me)filing and immigrant visa petition on
his behalf? Please Help!

K1 is a non-immigrant visa. Correct answer is NO.
