DS-156 Question
On question number 31 it ask: Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on
your behalf? Am I supposed to check yes here(this is in the U.K. side of the paper
work)? I filed the I-129f petition on his behalf is that what they mean? He thinks
its no and I think its yes? Someone please help!

he is coming in as a NON immigrant on a I-129F
