DS-156 PAYMENT QUESTION?

I have a DS -156 which asks me to get a "paid" stamp in the "blank space on the upper
right hand corner of page 1"
There appears to be no such space,i can either get it stamped over the estimated
burden etc area or under the "refused by" lower down the page...
Any thoughts people?. Thanks.
