I was getting seriously worried for a bit then as i thought it would take even longer than i was thinking. OH WELL BACK TO FILLING OUT THE FORMS .......

They allow it if the CITIZEN petitioner lives in the UK and the I-130 is being done through the DHS office in the embassy.

I had a look through again and it does make sense if you click where you're meant to click.

I had a teacher who always told me RTFQ. Read the **** question. I should have applied the same principle to websites.
