Double checking - do I have everything?

Hi, I am about to send off my I-129f K-1 visa packet and wanted another set of eyes for paperwork:

I have:

payment $455
cover letter addressed to cali service center and signed
I-129f form
Additional sheet on how we met (labeled)
My G-325A form (US Citizen)
My passport photo (US Citizen)
His G-325A form (UK Citizen)
His passport photo (UK Citizen)
Copy of my birth certificate (front and back)
Copy of my entire passport
My letter of intent to marry (notarized)
His letter of intent to marry (UK citizen)
My divorce decree
My marriage certificate
Photos for proof of having met
Flight itineraries
passport stamps
emails for ongoing relationship
Then the G1145 Notice of Application/Petition acceptance

I will mail it all USPS certified mail to:

USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266

Am I forgetting anything? Does it matter that my letters of intent are made out to the California service center? How do I find out what service center it gets sent to?

Oh no, I just found that my packet (since i live in Ohio) is supposed to go to the Nebraska Service Center....and our letters are addressed to Cali.

Will this matter?

No, it won't matter, as long as the whole I-129F packet gets mailed to the correct facility in TX.

I don't think the previous marriage certificate is needed...just proof that the marriage is ended.

I have not heard of this one before...what is it?
