Does owe debt(cc,loans) affect the result of k1 petition
Hello group, I'm ready to file a k1 petition but i'm not sure if
owing debt would affecting it or not? Also one more question does
the filing federal income tax as head of household status will
affect the k1 petition also or not? Your answer is greatly
appreciated

No, your debt will not affect the K-1 petition. When it comes time to fill out the I-134, only your income will be important. You will most likely need to show the most recent 3 years of tax returns at the time of the interview, sometimes before the interview.
