Does having bad credit affect a K-1 visa?
My credit history isn't great - and I'm currently on a debt management plan after taking out some silly loans and credit cards when I was a student, I have about £8000 worth of debt accumulated and I'm paying off £380 a month, and will be debt free in 2 and a half years - will me being on a debt management plan affect the K1 fiance visa my fiance and I are about to apply for?
