Does Divorce equal Deportation?
I married a US citizen 3yrs and got a provisional green card that
will expire in feb this year. I want to file to lift the condition on
the
green card? how long does it take? do i have to go to another
interview? what if i cant go to another interview cos of problems with
my wife? what if i divorce before i get a response from the new INS?
what will happen to me? will i get deported? what are my options? I am
having problems in this marriage and i want to divorce. whats the
worst that could happen?
