hi all


I'm filling the I-485 based on marriage!

My sponsor is a conditional Green card holder !

Can he sign the Affidavit of support? since my husband doesnt meet the income requirment !

A conditional PR has the full rights as a full PR except the fact that he/she needs to remove the condition after 2 years. So I would assume you can have him/her as a sponsor.
