Does anyone have any experience of the MSC?

Hi,

I filed for AOS, EAD and Advance Parole at the Atlanta District office on the 14th Feb. I received 3 notices of action from an entity called the MSC yesterday. When we applied for my travel document, Atlanta were asking that we apply 45 days before we want to travel, but the NOA from the MSC says we should expect to wait 60 - 90 days for a decision. We have been planning a religious wedding ceremony back in Scotland in late May after having a civil ceremony here a few weeks ago. This will be the 4th time we have had to cancel our wedding because the USCIS changes time frames and lost our approved fiancé petition in the past. I am at my wits end, I thought the district offices would be easier to deal with than the service centres, but apparently not. Does anyone have any experience of the MCS? Are they as hopelessly incompetent as the TSC?

Thanks for any advice

Actually from reading others who have posted about MSC, they appear to be on the ball. I would go with the timeline they have given you for the A/P and not Atlanta as Atlanta is no longer handling that portion of your paperwork. If you don't have the A/P by the end of March take your tickets, another I-131 and photos and go Atlanta and ask for emergency A/P. Or you can wait out the MSC as it seems they will fall with the timeline that you need A/P for.
