divorce questions

I married a foreign citizen almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately, we are in the process
of divorce. He is currently classified as a permanent resident with conditional
status. How long will I officially be his sponsor? Or what will I be responsible for
besides any form of government assistance. Would I be responsible if he doesn't pay
his debts? ie: rent, credit cards, etc. And if he applies under another visa...ie:
work, will he have to leave the country and start all over again?
We could have applied to have his conditional status removed in a little over a year.
After our divorce, can he be forced to leave the country. My main question is how do
I remove myself as being his sponsor?

Read your affidavit of support. TEN YEARS or forty working quarters, or until he
becomes a citizen. At least, that's what mine says.
