I will son be going to Warsaw to attend the I-130 marriage visa interview with my
wife. In the Checklist it mentions to provide copies of divorce decrees. My question
is; is this referring to any divorce that she may have had or myself. The reason I
ask is that I already provided this to INS and plus we have already gotten married in
Ukraine prior to filing with INS. I am just a little confused. Thanks

Dan,
As far as I understand it, you have to bring along the original (or certified court copy) plus photocopies of divorce certificates for both of you, that is if she's been married before. Good luck!

It is for both of you. They don't care that yours have been submitted before. You are obligated to bring originals of all documentation previously submitted with any petitions/applications. They may or may not ask to see them. Better to have them and not need them than to need them and not have them. This goes for prior marriage certificates as well and birth certificates, etc.

Dan,
I spoke to the London Embassy just yesterday regarding my application(I130) and asked
the very same question. The lady told me that they did not need my wifes divorce
papers. She told me they were looking at me know not her. My wife is in the States
and filed there so I don't know if that makes any differance.
