I married an American in Feb,2002, then he filed the I-130 for me and my son, as well as I-129F. I cancelled my K3 interview on the night before the interview date as I won't take his ridiculous conditions. Shortly I found out he brought a young student girl in our wedding bed while I was away for K3 visa. Our divorce was effective on Feb.3,2003. I mailed two letters to INS for cancellation of my immigration. I also fax to the consulate in my country.
I got a B1/B2 visa in March. And I went to Hawaii for one week vacation. I got little problem with immigration due to my immigration record in the system. Luckily I took my divorce paper with me. I had a good vacation in Hawaii. The guy in immigration told me if my immigration record in the system , I may have same problem in POE next time. I sent fax twice to INS in San Fransisco . My case still cen be checked in the case staus in INS website. Our cases were approved on Sept.30 and the letter was mailed. I have to ask my Ex- to make the cancellation. It seems he won't do anything . My question is

HOw can I ask INS to delete my immigration record in their system so as I got no problem to visit US in the future.

You can't. The application was made and that can't be changed.

You will have to be prepared to answer the questions each and every time. Take a file folder with you.

The fact that you subsequently entered on a B- 2 and left is a good sign.

BTW, the Hawaii port of entyr has a reputation for being particularly difficult. If you cleared there, that is also encouraging.
