Today I’ve received a notice that my I-130 has been denied after I have failed to send in the correct documents they asked for. On the 28th I uploaded a copy of my husbands US passport and I-130A. On the denied response it claims I’ve not sent any of these but it looks like it’s uploaded part of the form and uploaded it numerous times. I’m not sure how i e managed this as I took individual pics of each page but half are missing . Is there a contact number to actually speak to someone or do I have to do as it asks on the form.

USCIS contact page:
https://www.uscis.gov/contactcenter
If you have an online account, it says you can send a message through that.

Thank you. I received my denial notice. I have 2 options. Appeal or motion. The motion is $675 to file. The other option is to appeal but it states it won’t accept new evidence and will only use the uscis file which says I’ve not sent in correct evidence. I’m struggling to see why I should pay this amount when it was a system error but trying to speak to someone has been impossible. Could someone recommend a immigration lawyer ? I really don’t want to start the whole process again as I’m already in for 14 months.

Not only is retaining an attorney a good idea, remember that you are on a tight timeframe in which to make your filing.
i am not recommending any particular attorney here. The powers that be seem to have problems with referrals from yours truly and I can’t really figure out their standards. But do try to retain competent immigration counsel.

Hope that clarifies it one final time for you.
OP, good luck to you, I hope you can get it resolved.

It strikes me that you may be getting erroneous, if not down right misleading advice. You do not identify the source. Curiously, my experience indicates a possibility that that advice may very well be coming from an attorney.
Nonetheless, it appears that obtaining the aid of competent counsel is a good idea. In my retirement I have often been contacted by old friends and family whose grown children (and grandchildren) have married non-citizens and now seek aide. In making a referral, I consider the competence, client relation abilities (aka bedside manner), honesty and reasonableness of fees. I will admit that that I do not consider whether that attorney is persona non grata within BritishExpats. I have settled on one person to recommend and have received uniform positive feedback.
i have now been strongly informed that I am free to recommend any attorney BUT the one I recommend to friends and family. The sole reason is that the person has been designated forum persona non grata.
Final reminder - you are on a tight time frame to act. Do not delay.
