Rather than posting some recent payslips, would it be ok to scan it and email it to us so that we can print it off here??
Also, the letter that may be required from the sponsors employer...what should that entail? Rene |

Regards, JEff Here is what it says in there: You may include evidence supporting your claim about your expected income for the current year if you believe that submitting this evidence will help you establish ability to maintain sufficient income. You are not required to submit this evidence, however, unless specifically instructed to do so by a Government official. For example, you may include a recent letter from your employer, showing your employer's address and telephone number, and indicating your annual salary. You may also provide pay stub(s) showing your income for the previous six months. If your claimed income includes alimony, child support, dividend or interest income, or income from any other source, you may also include evidence of that income. I'm sure it will be easy to get the pay stubs emailed to us before the interview but getting a letter from the sponsor's employer at such short notice could be pretty tricky. Would it be worth just getting the payslips? Thanks |
Re: DCF Procedure Questions
The anecdotal evidence indicates that a lot of people are specifically instructed to do so by a Government official.
But you have found the section that tells you what the letter from the employer should include! Regards, JEff |

Thanks I usually take a "better safe than sorry" approach. Since you have limited time, go ahead and get the scanned copies of the pay stubs, and possibly a scanned letter from the employer, if you can. If the ConOff wants to see originals or see something else, she will let you know at the interview, and will give you time to obtain it. Rene |
