DCF and Medical Exam
I have some questions about information from "packet 3". I don't have this packet
right now, so I don't know if these questions are answered there (are these packets
the same everywhere or change with the consulate?).
Is it possible to have the Medical Exam done in a third country? We are looking at
DCF in my home country, but currently I live in Canada. It would be easier to have
the medical exam done here in Canada. Also, does police certificate requirement
include police certificates from other countries you have lived or only from the
native country?

Yes, you should be able to have the medical done in Canada, but the safest bet is to
contact the consulate where you will be filing. Here is some police cert info:
