DCF London - Packet 3 questions?

DCF London - Packet 3 questions?
Hi there,
Firstly, shortly we will be sending in our checklist from packet 3 of
all the things we have collected, that we will take with us to London
for our interview....
I was just wondering, in our packet 3, it says the FIRST thing to do
is to send the enclosed form OF-230 Part 1 (biographical form);
secondly, collect all the things needed for the checklist (which we
have nearly completed)......will we hear back from the Embassy about
the Bio form that we sent off first, or will we now only hear from
them when we send in our checklist and are given a date for the
interview?
Secondly, Im getting a little confused now, what is form OF-169? I was
wondering when to send in the "Supplement 2 to OF-169", the form
asking about children who are accompanying with you to the USA, and
are not even sure now what form OF 169 is? Anyone know, what the form
is then, and also, when this supplement is sent off ?(Im having to
simultaneously file for my wifes extension to stay in Britain, so my
head is full of forms and confusion, please forgive me)
Lastly, do I only need to obtain my immunisations records for the
interview, or will they be needed prior to this?

Hope the following helps.

The next time you hear from the embassy will be with an interview date once you have sent them the checklist.

Hopefully someone else can help you out here, the only living things I am responsible for is my two cats so I didn't have to worry about this part!

They won't be needed until the interview, in fact I couldn't get hold of mine so I had to do without and get the full whack of shots needed.
