Okay, so we're finally filing out the I-130 form for doing DCF in London. I just want to make sure I do it correct and have already searched the forum.

For 8. Date and place of current marriage- should I put city and state or just state?

For 15- Name and address of present employer- DH is self-employed should I just put self-employed, his name and our home address?

For 18- I read someone (I think Mr.F, apologies if wrong) said putting something like NY metropolitan area is acceptable. Would it be better to put down my mothers address? What if we change our minds about where we're going to live? I've been applying for jobs both in NY and CT.

Finally, once we post it should we start on anything else? I read somewhere about a police report, but where do we get this from?

If there is a place to write the city, why not include it.

I would also put the nature of the business. You'll have backup from his tax returns to show this, also.

Put the address where you will first be going when you get to the USA. If you change your minds later, you can do a change of address.

Ray gave you the link to the police report. You should also gather marriage certificate, any divorce decrees, birth certificates, that type of thing.
